The car sales person for my 2016 New Toyota Tacoma sale was Jim M. Jim was special. Jim was very versed with Toyotas and did not pressure me in any way. I believed Jim was a person I could have fun with right away but he was also very respectful which reduced the edge off from buying an automobile. I’m customarily a hard critic with many things, but this time I have no objections in regards to the whole process. Five/Five Stars, I will buy from Maplewood Toyota Dealership in MN once again.
